Evan I love Miranda because of
the nobility of her portrayal of Eowyn, which captured the way I imagined her
from the book. I've read LOTR several times, & quickly fell for Eowyn: her
unfulfilled love for Aragorn, & the way she defied orders to go into battle
& become heroic. The scene w/ the Lord of the Nazgul was my favorite in
the 3rd movie, it made me cheer.
I was glad they showed her w/ Faramir & the end of the movie, I hope they
show more of how they fell in love in the extended DVD. They were the two characters
most in need of love & the fact they found each other is terrific, as it
was in the book.
I'd really like to send Miranda a fan email, but I haven't figured out how to
yet. I think it'd be good for your website if you'd put that up top somehow.
Still, an excellent site.
Linda I love Miranda because shes a loveable actress, my heroine is Eowyn. She did the best job in TTT and ROTK. Shes also one of the most beautiful women in the world, my role model.
Hazel I've been a fan of Miranda since I saw Human Nature some years ago... and her portrayal of Eowyn, my fave LOTR character simply blew me away. There's something very genuine about her. She's though, yet fragile!!!
Arwëon One of the reasons I love Miranda is because she seems so real. I'd never really heard of her until Lord of the Rings, and many people were so caught up in Liv Tyler and Cate Blanchett's "elven" beauty that Miranda was seemingly overlooked. But Miranda always seemed so down-to-earth, and didn't have that "celebrity" feel to her. She felt more like a regular person to me, not so "unreachable" as the others - more of a normal person who seems like a lot of fun. It would be lovely to get to know her well, but...we'll see;)
When I see that Liv and Cate have been listed in the "Most Beautiful
Women" etc., I get slightly upset, because to me, Miranda is very beautiful
herself. And her acting is truly real and from the heart, and
she's a lovely, sometimes unde - actress. Go Miranda! :)
P.S. Liv and Cate are also wonderful actresses, both of which I really really like. Miranda's just my favourite!
Jobe though i know the
lotr quite well since early teen years, no woman in it really left me an emotion
that i could not explain or neglect, recently i saw the extended version where
'eowyn' sang a funeral song for theothred, and since then i fel in love with
here acting , i litteraly lost my heart here, i hope she wont do it again!

James Pelman She brings a realism to all her roles and a believability to each character she portrays. She is beuatiful and amasingly talented.
Kurtis i think miranda is a great actress and is really fit. i have sent miranda a email before but never got a reply.i think miranda is fit as she has a great smile which keeps me warm inside when its cold and when i am being bullied. i love miranda so much i hope she has great appearances in future films to cime.
Roy Martin Well, she is a woman that goes her way. I'll always remember seeing her in LoTR-the two towers for the first time. Her beauty and everything, makes her to the best actress I've been seen. She'll be always in my heart in a special place. There's no other I love so much. If I should write a poem about her actually I don't know what to say. Her appearing, fascination is something that words can't tell. But I've dedicated a poem in German to her, which is about Eowyn and Faramir. If I've always liked to write a Fan E-mail to Miranda to show her what I feel about her, well, I've watched LoTR so often just to see her face. For me Miranda is the greatest woman of her time, and for me more than just the Eowyn actress, may be the only woman I'll ever love.
